HR Solutions was founded by Jill Goodwin in 2008. Jill has twenty years experience working within the field of human resource management in large multi-national organisations and medium to small size enterprises. Jill's experience spreads across all HR disciplines and her motivation for starting her business was to offer businesses, such as yours, hands-on support and advice and to work with you to solve your HR and people issues. She recognised that there were a lot of HR companies offering advice with little understanding of what businesses were about and not taking the time to get to know the business or the issues that were presented. Jill is not afraid to "roll up her sleeves" and help, working along side you to ensure that the needs of your business are met.
