A Contract of Employment, or Terms and Conditions of Employment as they can be known, sets out the conditions on which employment is offered. It is a legally binding document and sets out exactly what you expect of your new employee and what you will give them in return. You are required, by law, to issue new employees with the terms on which they are employed within two months of them starting employment with you. The template below sets out what is typically required in a Contract.
