Recruitment Process

It is important to have a recruitment process and this process is laid out in your Recruitment Policy and Procedure.  It sets out what your policy is with regards to recruitment, i.e. sourcing internal and external candidates, and how you operate to ensure that you do not discriminate against candidates or treat them unfairly.  A Policy will help you to ensure that you abide by your own rules as well as employment legislation and could, potentially, ensure that you keep out of Employment Tribunal.
